This is John, I came to Jesus and accepted Him as my personal savior when I was 27 years in the USA. I am an engineering graduate, product of the University of Houston, Texas.
Since my parents are from India, I had an opportunity to experience both Indian and American cultures. I could spot a huge difference between third world countries and the USA when it comes to talents.
In the USA, companies struggle to get the right talents to work for them, however, in India and the Philippines, a ton of top talents have been looking for jobs for several years. So, I wanted to bridge both of them together.
Since I myself built five businesses from the ground up and owning four companies myself, I can very well understand how important it is to have the right team and top-notch customer support.
I always felt like I wanted to serve more and give our customers a better service. I wanted to build a world-class customer support team and make sure our customers are well-taken care of so, I can sleep peacefully without worry about my companies.
If you are reading this, chances are, you are also owning or managing a company. So, by now, you could have understood that to run a successful company long-term, we need a little money and a ton of good talented people with the serving attitude.
Companies who want to run fast and take profit in the short-term, they only spend on promotion and have average people, however, companies who want to run long-haul successfully, they need to have a strong people and customers support team besides promotion.
Also, you would probably have understood, the number of top talents you have in your company is directly proportional to the rate of growth of your company.
Also, you would probably know the amount of time spent on a business is directly proportional to how fast a business would succeed.
However, if you are like me, you would almost always think you wanted to spend more time to find the quality people to serve your customers better.
I tried to approach a couple of consultancies so they can find us the right people to work on our business, so I can focus on my business growth entirely. To say it mildly, I literally paid someone ton of company to bring in more problems to me and as well as to my customers.
I want to be fair here, I am not talking about all the consultancies. I am only talking about the ones I hired.
Later I found I could resonate with most of the CEOs and business owners on the above problems.
I realized having the right back-office and customer support team is like the foundation of a building. If it is not sound, it will bring down the entire company.
So, I put aside all the other work and focused only on building a strong team that has a passion to work and serve others. It was not easy. People say it is hard to find a good company to work for, but, I would say, it is even harder to hire the best minds who have the serving attitude and a great passion to work.
After spending several months learning about where to find the right people, how to hire the right talents, and how to make them stay with us, I finally built a strong team to serve our company as well as our customers. What a huge relief I felt in my heart! I could sleep peacefully with my company and customers in their hands.
Since most of the companies are experiencing the same problems, I wanted to help them running their companies with the right people and having a strong customer support team or anything that can be done with a computer and phone by the top-talents.
I can still vividly feel the sense of freedom and peace that I had when I hired the right people to work on my company. Though I spent a ton of time looking for them, now I can say, it is well worth it.
Triniter was born. Ever since we started Triniter, we have been getting great feedback from our clients.
Though we spend so much energy and money, we are so particular about hiring only the top talented people to work on our clients’ companies. Because, at Triniter, we strongly believe, word-of-mouth is one of the best marketing tools. Always, we aim to exceed our clients’ expectations.
As the Bible says in Acts 20:35, it is more blessed to give than to receive, we wanted to serve our clients and their customers way more than we receive. As long as your business is having the right people and strong customer support, it will grow whether you sense it or not.
